In general, the Alexandrian monetary production of Tiberius is very scarce despite the long period of his reign and involves a series of repetitive tetradrachms in mistura issued between years 7 (20/21 AD) and 23 (36/37 AD), while bronze coinage is limited to a few obols and dichalkoi minted between years 3 (16/17 AD) and 6 (19/20 AD). In practice, once bronze was exhausted, it switched exclusively to misture coinage.
