Ostrogothic Italy, Athalaric (526-534). AV Solidus. Pseudo-Imperial Coinage. In the name of Justinian I, Rome mint, c. 527-530 AD. Obv. DN IVSTINI-ANVS PΓ AVG. Diademed, helmeted and cuirassed bust facing slightly right, holding spear and shield. Rev. VICTOR-I-Λ ΛVGGGΛ. Victory standing left, holding long, jeweled cross; star to left; in exergue, COMOB.
