This drachm is extremely rare not only for the representation on the reverse but especially for the year of issue (16th) unknown to Emmett. On the reverse we see Dionysus holding with the right hand a tyrsos while lying on a chariot driven by two panthers: it is a joyful and auspicious image: the panther is linked to the theology of the lively Dionysus.
