Diademed head of Ariarathes right. Rev. ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ vertical to right, ΑΡΙΑΡΑΘΟΥ vertical to left, ΕΥΣΕΒΟΥΣ below. Athena Nikephoros draped and wearing long crested helmet, standing facing, head turned to left, holding Nike on the right hand crowning the king’s name to left with laurel wreath, long spear behind and resting the left arm on shield at her feet set vertical, both to her left side.
