Greek Italy. Etruria, Populonia. AE Triens of 10-Units, late 3rd century BC. Obv. Head of Sethlans right, wearing pileus decorated with laurel wreath; behind, X; [before, a]. Rev. Tongs and hammer; between, four pellets; below, [pvplv]na retrograde. Vecchi EC 140; HN Italy 195; HGC 1 183. AE. 9.43 g. 25.50 mm. R. Rare and in excellent condition for issue. Reverse a little off centre. Lovely mottled light green and tan patina. Very rare as such. Good VF/About EF.
