Customs and export expenses are borne by the buyer. Requests to issue a certificate of free circulation for export will be carried out by the Auction House of behalf of, and the expense of, the buyer. At least 10-12 weeks are required to obtain export authorization. Lots imported temporarily cannot be collected by the buyers, but must be shipped, at the expense of the latter, by the Action House.
