EGYPT. Alexandria. Trajan, 98-117. Drachm (Billon, 35.43 mm, 28.40 g) Year 12 = 108/109. AYT TPAIAN CEB ΓEPM ΔAKIK Laureate bust of Trajan right with aegis left. Rev. Triptolemus with garland to right, standing in chariot pulled by two winged Agathodaimon serpents whose tails are overstepping below the exergual line; the charioteer is holding with his left hand a hem of the Chlamis forming a sack from which he scatters the seed on the earth with his right hand; the serpents are wearing Pshent on their heads; in field, under the exergue, LIB = Year 12 = 108/109.
