Terms of sale - InAsta 115 E-Live
1) Sales are to be made in cash and in EURO to the highest bidder. Each participant in the auction is personally responsible for the purchases made and cannot claim to have acted on behalf of third parties. All the material offered is the property of third parties from whom Inasta has received a regular mandate to sell; therefore, the responsibility towards buyers and consignors is limited exclusively to the role of agent.

2) The items offered are guaranteed to be authentic, unless otherwise specified, and of lawful origin. The condition of the items is based on our personal experience and careful evaluation; in any case, direct viewing is always recommended. Regarding multiple lots and paper money, they are sold as "seen and liked" and returns are not accepted. Rarity grades are indicated with reference to the main catalogs/manuals on the market.
3) Claims are accepted: within 20 (twenty) days from the receipt of the material, by registered mail with return receipt, and in any case before Inasta spa has made the payment to the consignor. Inasta spa will consider claims only regarding disputes on the authenticity of the lots, the existence of serious flaws, or hidden defects. Returns must be made by sending the material by insured mail using suitable packaging; until the material is received, the CLIENT is personally responsible for it. In case of a dispute, presented and validated within the prescribed time, any obligation or liability will be limited to the reimbursement to the buyer of the amount actually paid by him, excluding any other claims.
Claims are not accepted:
a) Regarding the condition, which, as previously indicated, is strictly personal.
b) For defects mentioned in the catalog and in any case detectable from the photographs or the viewing before the auction.
c) For everything concerning multiple lots (condition, composition, etc., lots containing multiple items, photographed or not, are sold as seen and liked and are not subject to return by the buyer.
d) For defects or flaws attributable to the buyer's conduct after the delivery of the lot.
e) After 20 days from the receipt of the material. Inasta spa will accept claims only if, in the opinion of two independent experts, appointed by each party, the lot is found to be non-authentic.
In case the customer, after the auction, submits a lot to Grading companies, the judgment of these companies, regarding the condition, cannot be a subject of dispute with Inasta spa.
4) The estimated prices in Euros indicated in the catalog are the starting bids; lower bids will not be considered. Minimum increments are at the discretion of the auctioneer, but typically around 10%. The auction price will be increased by 20% for auction fees, to which an additional 3% will be added as complementary service tax according to law 194 of 22/12/2010 art. 48 (total 20.6%), and shipping costs are to be borne by the buyer.
5) The Auctioneer reserves the right to group, divide, or withdraw lots and possibly change their order. In case of a dispute during an award, he reserves the right to re-auction the lot in question in the same session.
6) The list of awards will be announced (and published on the website www.inasta.com) starting from the 3rd working day. Participants can inquire about the outcome of their bids by calling +39 0549 970146 starting from the same date. Winning clients will be notified by letter or email with an invoice pre-notification; it remains the client's responsibility to verify the outcome of their bids.
7) The delivery of the awarded items will be in the following ways: collection at Inasta, or shipment with logistics at the client's care and expense. Invoices must be paid within 30 days from the date of issue.
ZONE 1: up to 100 gr. € 12, 250 gr. € 14, 350 gr. € 16, 1 Kg. € 22, 2 Kg. € 33.
ZONE 2: up to 100 gr. € 14, 250 gr. € 18, 350 gr. € 20, 1 Kg. € 30, 2 Kg. € 45.
ZONE 3: up to 100 gr. € 15, 250 gr. € 20, 350 gr. € 27, 1 Kg. € 40, 2 Kg. € 55.
Weights exceeding 2 kilos vary from state to state.
8) All goods are shipped with Inasta insurance at an additional cost of 1% (with a minimum cost of €3.50). In case of loss of the package, due to postal or courier service failure, Inasta will reimburse the full amount of the invoice after conducting the necessary investigations. The client must provide the relevant claim documentation.
9) Participation in the auction implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale. Only the text in Italian is legally binding; translations into other languages are provided for the reader's convenience. Inasta auctions are not subject to the right of withdrawal as they are preceded by the exposure of the lots which can be viewed before making bids at the San Marino headquarters. For any dispute, the competent court is that of San Marino.
10) The merchandise will be available to the buyer for a maximum of 30 days from the invoice date, which certifies the deposit at Inasta. If the collection does not take place within 30 days or if it is returned to the sender due to completed storage or refusal, except for cases falling under the responsibility of couriers or postal services (proven), it will be resent only and exclusively after reimbursement of the shipping costs by the client.
