Condizioni di vendita – RichFree 2023/24

1. Questa è una vendita elettronica tramite listino con prezzo fisso e possibilità di fare proposte, l’accettazione delle proposte e la possibilità di parteciparvi e/o conferire materiale è soggetta a nostra discrezione.

2. Il pagamento per i lotti aggiudicati deve avvenire all’emissione della fattura. Finché non pagati per intero non si intende trasferita la proprietà.

5. I partecipanti sono tenuti a fornire tutte le informazioni necessarie al loro riconoscimento a discrezione della RichFree Srls.

6. Ogni lotto ha un prezzo fisso di base.

7. RichFree Srls, per qualunque ragione lo ritenga necessario, si riserva il diritto di ritirare i lotti in vendita.

8. Qualunque reclamo deve pervenire entro e non oltre i 7 giorni dal ricevimento del lotto (farà fede il timbro postale sulla ricevuta) e i lotti dovranno essere restituiti nel medesimo stato in cui sono stati inviati. Nessun lotto deve essere rispedito senza consenso. In nessun caso i lotti possono essere restituiti oltre i 30 giorni dalla chiusura della vendita.

9. Tutte le offerte devono essere espresse in Euro.

10. Tutte le fotografie sono quelle dei lotti presenti in vendita.

11. Spese postali, assicurazione e tasse eventuali sono a carico dell’acquirente.

12. RichFree Srls richiede il pagamento completo dei lotti prima della loro spedizione. I lotti viaggiano a carico dell’acquirente. Ogni rischio (ad esempio danno o furto) nel corso del trasporto, è a carico dell’acquirente. E’ necessario specificare le modalità di spedizione.

13. Non è possibile per l'aggiudicatario di un lotto rinunciare all'acquisto.

14. Presentando un'offerta, l’acquirente garantisce personalmente il pagamento e non può pretendere di agire per conto di terzi.

15. Nel caso in cui RichFree Srls, per qualsiasi motivo, non sia in grado di far pervenire i lotti agli acquirenti, è tenuta ad annullare la vendita e a rimborsare agli acquirenti il prezzo pagato e null'altro. RichFree Srls non può essere ritenuta responsabile di danni conseguenti al mancato recapito dei lotti.

16. Il materiale acquistato potrà essere trattenuto da RichFree Srls a garanzia del pagamento degli importi a lei dovuti dall’acquirente.

17. Ogni disputa relativa alla vendita è regolata dalle Leggi italiane e sarà eventualmente competente il foro di Milano.

18. Chiunque presenti offerte accetta queste condizioni di vendita.

19. Non è possibile ritirare le offerte in corso per non pregiudicare il corretto svolgimento della vendita stessa.

20. Le condizioni di vendita sono tradotte in inglese. In caso di disputa, farà fede la versione italiana.

General terms of sale

1. This is an electronic sale through a fixed price list and the possibility of making proposals, the acceptance of the proposals and the possibility of participating and / or conferring material is subject to our discretion.

7.RichFree Srls, for whatever reason it deems it necessary, reserves the right to withdraw the lots for sale.

8. Any complaint must be received no later than 7 days from the receipt of the batch (the postmark on the receipt will prevail) and the lots must be returned in the same state in which they were sent. No batch must be sent back without consent. In no case can the lots be returned beyond 30 days from the closing of the sale.

9. All offers must be expressed in Euros.

10. All the photographs are those of the lots on sale.

11. Postage, insurance and any taxes are paid by the buyer.

12. RichFree Srls reserves the right to request full payment of the lots before they are shipped. The lots travel at the expense of the buyer. Any risk (for example damage or theft) during transport, is borne by the buyer. Specify the method of delivery.

13. It is not possible for the winner of a lot to renounce the purchase.

14. By submitting an offer, the buyer personally guarantees the payment and cannot claim to act on behalf of third parties.

15. In the event thatRichFree Srls, for any reason, is unable to send the lots to the buyers, it is required to cancel the sale and refund the buyers the price paid and nothing else. RichFree Srls cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from the failure to deliver the lots.

16. The purchased material may be retained by RichFree Srls to guarantee the payment of the amounts due to you by the buyer.

17. Any dispute relating to the sale is governed by Italian laws and the court of Milan will have jurisdiction.

18. Anyone who offers offers accepts these conditions of sale.

19. It is not possible to withdraw the current offers in order not to jeopardize the proper conduct of the sale itself.

20. The conditions of sale are translated into English. In case of dispute, the Italian version will prevail.
