GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. This is an electronic sale conducted by Numismatica Canusina. The ability of participation and / or give materials is subject to our discretion.
2. The sale price is subject to 15% surcharge.
3. All sale items are award ded the highest bidder. To protect buyers, will not be accepted commissions such as "unlimited supply".
4. The payment for all the awarded lots must be at the issuance of the invoice. Until not full paid propriety will not transferred.
5. Participants have to provide all the necessary information for their identification before the sale executio. At the discretion of Numismatica Canusina, participants will have to pay in advance an amount equal to 25% of the deals presented, the unused amount will be full refunded at the end of the sale.
6. The sale will proceed in the sequence of the catalog, but Numismatica Canusina reserves the right to change this order and is not responsible for errors in the award of lots, please make sure of the correctness of the lot number on which you offer and the amount maximum offered that you are willing to pay.
7. Each lot has a basic price. Lots can be sold at the base price or at higher price. We will not accept bids below the base price.
8. Numismatica Canusina, for any reason it deems necessary, reserves the right to withdraw, divide or merge the lots for sale.
9. All lots are guaranteed to be authentic unless otherwise stated. Claims to the contrary must be received no later than 7 days from receipt of the lot, will be the postmark on the receipt. Lots must be returned in the same condition in which they were sent, and any sealed envelopes must not be opened. No lot must be returned without consent. In no event any lot must be returned after 30 days from the closing of the sale. Under no circumstances will accept complaints relating to multiple lots, for which refund is not allowed.
10. The degree of preservation and quality of the lots is subjective judgment. In no event will you make sure that the degree of conservation expressed should be shared by third parties, they are also leading experts in the field.
11. The participants in the sale are expected to examine carefully all the lots for which they wish to tender.
12. All bids must be expressed in Euro. The highest bid will win the lot.
13. Numismatica Canusina reserves the right not to accept bids from people who, in its indisputable discretion, believes is not acting in "good faith" or be insolvent or irresponsible.
14. All photographs are of the actual items for sale.
15. Delivery charges, insurance and taxes are spese postali borne by the buyer.
16. Numismatics Canusina reserves the right to require payment in full of lots prior to dispatch. The lots will be borne by the buyer. All risks (eg damage or theft) during transport, is borne by the buyer. Please specify the mode of shipment. Normally all lots will be sent via registered mail.
17. It is not possible for a bidder give up at the purchase if not with reference to art. 9 of the conditions of sale.
18. Numismatica Canusina reserves the right to require the full payement of lots before the dispatch The responsabilities of the tralel of thr vots are of the buyer. All risks during the transport are of the buyer. Please specify the mode of shipment. Normally all lots travel for shipping insurance
19. By submitting a tender, the buyer personally guarantees the payment and can not claim to act on behalf of third parties.
20. In case of Numismatica Canusina, for any reason, is unable to deliver the property to the buyers is required to cancel the sale and refund the price paid to buyers including and nothing else. Numismatica Canusina can not be held responsible for damages resulting from the non-delivery of the lots.
21. Your material will be retained by Numismatica Canusina to guarantee the payment of the amounts owed to her by the purchaser.
22. It is illegal and punishable by law to hinder the regular progress of the sale.
23. Any dispute relating to the sale is regulated by Italian laws and will eventually be competent the Court of Reggio Emilia.

26. The conditions of sale are translated into English. In case of dispute, the Italian version shall prevail.
