Warrior on horseback thrusting his spear at Gaulish enemy who is about to slay unarmed captive; on right, helmet and oval shield. Cr. 429/1; B. (Fonteia) 17; RRSC D 221.1. AR. 4.01 g. 17.00 mm. Great metal and full weight. Brilliant with underlying luster and virtually as struck. About FDC.
