Charioteer, holding reins in both hands, driving fast quadriga right; above, Nike flying left and crowning charioteer; in exergue, dolphin and Skylla, holding trident, swimming right; EVΘ before. Rev. ΣΥΡAKOΣIOΝ. Head of Arethousa left, wearing wreath of grain ears, earring and necklace; four dolphins around; [ΦP]YΓIΛΛ[OΣ] below. Rough surfaces and some marks. VF. Very important issue, signed by Phrygillos, also known for engraving gems and possibly some dies for Thourioi and Terina. The depiction of Arethousa, wearing grain ears, lead some scholar to identify her as Demeter instead.
