1 ] - Il materiale Proposto in Vendita é sempre di lecita provenienza,proprio o conferito da terze parti.

2 ] - Una Volta inviata un offerta da parte dell'Acquirente,si intende integralmente accettato il Regolamento.

3 ] - I Lotti Multipli sono Venduti nello stato in cui fotografati,Nulla è possibile obbiettare una volta ricevuti,e non sarà possibile per nessun motivo la restituzione.

4 ] - La Partecipazione all'Asta da noi Organizzata,può essere interdetta ad alcuni utenti che si ritiene non agire in “buona fede” o essere insolventi o irresponsabili a nostro insindacabile Giudizio e senza ulteriori Spiegazioni.

5 ] -  Al Prezzo di Aggiudicazione saranno aggiunti i diritti d'asta pari al 18% Compreso Iva Italiana

6 ] - Ogni lotto sarà assegnato solo al miglior offerente al momento della chiusura dello stesso,non sarà accettato nessun'altro tipo di offerta.

7 ] - Siete pregati di Fare attenzione al lotto su cui state offrendo e alla relativa somma che intendete offrire,le offerte non sono assolutamente modificabili o eliminabili,per tanto ogni aggiudicazione andrà onorata come inserita-

8 ] - La vendita dei lotti sarà secondo numeri crescenti come da numerazione,tuttavia ci si riserva il diritto di modificarne senza preavviso l'ordine per esigenze di organizzazione.

9 ] - Le offerte Partono dal Prezzo base a salire,non vengono accettate offerte al ribasso.

10 ] - I lotti Singoli o multipli sono presentati e fotografati al meglio e con la massima attenzione e Buona fede,nonostante questo,potrebbero esserci errori di cui vi saremmo grati se ci inviaste segnalazione prima dello scadere dell'asta.

11 ] - SPH NUMISMATICA,è IN REGIME DEL MARGINE,PER CUI  L’ammontare finale del documento che accompagna la merce acquistata all’asta comprenderà l’importo I.V.A. che, obbligatoriamente, in ottemperanza alla direttiva  non potrà essere nè evidenziato nè scorporato. In conseguenza i soggetti in possesso di partita I.V.A. non potranno procedere alla detrazione dell’I.V.A. stessa che costituirà parte integrante del costo nè dovranno provvedere al versamento di alcuna ritenuta d’acconto. Per tutti i soggetti acquirenti varrà quindi lo stesso regime.

12 ] - IL PAGAMENTO può essere effettuato al Ricevimento della fattura Proforma In Contanti Secondo le Vigenti Normative,Con Bonifico o Ricarica Postepay e La spedizione Qualora Prevista sarà effettuata nel modo più celere possibile,comunque entro 15 giorni dalla Verifica di avvenuto Accredito del pagamento totale della Fattura,

13 ]  I lotti proposti,a nostro insidacabile giudizio potranno essere Ritirati,divisi o accorpati all'accorrenza.

14 ] -  A pagamento Verificato i lotti saranno a disposizione dell’acquirente presso la nostra sede e salvo diverse disposizioni verranno spediti a rischio ed a spese dell’acquirente Con Corriere al costo di 10 euro per l'Italia e 25 euro per l'Europa ( Zona Euro)  su richiesta specifica ( Caldamente consigliata ) ed a pagamento potrà essere prevista l'assicurazione totale secondo la tabella di seguito:

La spedizione assicurata (facoltativa ma sempre consigliata) comprende la garanzia per furto o smarrimento e pertanto al momento del ritiro del pacco il destinatario deve obbligatoriamente verificare che lo stesso non sia stato manomesso e, in tal caso, rifiutarne il ritiro specificandone la motivazione.

15 ] - Tutti i lotti proposti sono considerati autentici da esperti, se non altrimenti specificato. Qualunque reclamo in proposito deve pervenire entro e non oltre i 7 giorni dal ricevimento del lotto; farà fede il timbro postale sulla ricevuta. I lotti devono essere restituiti nel medesimo stato in cui sono stati inviati ed eventuali buste o confezioni sigillate non devono essere aperte. Nessun lotto deve essere rispedito senza il consenso di Sph Numismatica. In nessun caso i lotti possono essere restituiti oltre i 30 giorni dalla chiusura dell’asta

16 ] -  In nessun caso si garantisce che il grado di conservazione espresso debba essere condiviso da terzi, siano essi anche autorevoli esperti del settore. Il termine “Proof”, “Specimen” o “Prova” è utilizzato per identificare un metodo di coniazione, non lo stato di conservazione. Gli aggettivi utilizzati per descrivere i lotti sono opinione dei classificatori, non costituiscono parte della descrizione del lotto e non sono da intendere come una garanzia sullo stato di conservazione

17 ] Questa non è una vendita diretta, ma una vendita tramite asta. I partecipanti rinunciano al normale diritto di recesso per vendite a distanza.Ogni dubbio o richiesta Riguardo uno o più lotti sarà preso in considerazione solo con anticipo rispetto alla chiusa dell'asta,nulla sarà possibile dopo la chiusura.

18 ] - Trascorsi 20 giorni dalle Aggiudicazioni,Qualora non Pagata,Sph Numismatica Si riserva il pieno diritto della rimessa in Vendita della merce,e l'acquirente offrendo per un lotto ne accetta comunque di pagare i diritti d'asta derivanti anche in caso di rinuncia all'acquisto.

19 ] - Ci si riserva il diritto di Spostare la data dell'asta se dovesse esserci motivo per noi Rilevante Comunicandolo come possibile.

20 ] - L'acquirente può agire ed è responsabile per se stesso,e non per conto terzi.

21 ] - Nel caso in cui SPH NUMISMATICA, per qualsiasi motivo, non sia in grado di far pervenire i lotti agli acquirenti, è tenuta ad annullare la vendita e a rimborsare agli acquirenti il prezzo pagato comprensivo di commissioni. SPH NUMISMATICA non può essere ritenuta responsabile di danni conseguenti al mancato recapito dei lotti.

Qualora il paese di destinazione applichi tasse o dazi doganali, questi sono a totale carico dell’acquirente che dovrà contattare autonomamente gli uffici doganali del proprio paese ed uniformarsi al rispetto delle norme doganali del paese di destinazione.

SPH NUMISMATICA vi ricorda che per l’esportazione di opere che hanno più di 70 anni la legge italiana prevede la richiesta di un attestato di libera circolazione. Il tempo di attesa per il rilascio, CHE DOVRà COMUNQUE ESSERE RICHIESTO AUTONOMAMENTE, di tale documentazione è di circa 40 giorni dalla presentazione dell’opera e dei relativi documenti alla Soprintendenza Belle Arti.

In caso di aggiudicazione del lotto da parte di un compratore straniero, si prega il cliente di contattare immediatamente il dipartimento competente in merito all’opera acquistata. Il mancato rilascio o il ritardo del rilascio della licenza non costituisce una causa di risoluzione o annullamento della vendita, né giustifica il ritardo del pagamento da parte dell’acquirente.

22 ] - Il Materiale sarà Spedito solo ed esclusivamente a PAgamento Ricevuto Integralmente e Verificato.

23 ] -  Per Ogni disputa sarà competente Esclusivamente il foro Di Ferrara.

24 ] - Chiunque partecipi a quest’Asta o presenti offerte accetta queste condizioni di vendita che sono tradotte in più lingue. In caso di disputa, farà fede la versione italiana.

25 ] - I LOTTI INVENDUTI,  Saranno disponibili alla base d'asta più diritti 18% per breve tempo al termine dell'asta.

26 ] - SI VENDE E SI SPEDISCE SOLO IN ITALIA E NELL'UNIONE EUROPEA -ZONA EURO- ( No Svizzera.No Regno Unito ) Nel pieno rispetto di tutte le regole vigenti,e qualorà i lotti acquistati avessero bisogno di autorizzazioni per l'uscita dal territorio italiano,sarà compito dell'acquirente dopo aver saldato il tutto impegnarsi per avere le necessarie autorizzazioni.

27 ] - Le monete proposte Singolarmente, a Richiesta POSSONO ESSERE PERIZIATE

* in Bustina Doppia con Cartellino e Rivetti al costo Aggiuntivo di 10 euro Cadauna,(Per almeno 20 Perizie richieste nella stessa asta il costo scende a 7.50 euro Cadauna)

Da Richiedere Esclusivamente prima di Saldare la Fattura che sarà Rimodulata con tali costi aggiuntivi,Tale prestazione,Naturalmente,potrebbe allungare di qualche giorno i tempi della vostra spedizione per permettere la Sigillatura delle Monete.

28 ] - 

Informativa D. Lgs. 30/06/2003, n. 196

I dati e le informazioni da lei forniti in occasione della richiesta di registrazione all’asta o dell’invio del modulo di offerta vengono registrati nel nostro archivio/indirizzario e saranno utilizzati unicamente per l’invio della nostra corrispondenza e per il regolare adempimento dei reciproci rapporti contrattuali.

In ottemperanza alla normativa sulla privacy, in base al decreto legislativo 30 giugno 2003, n. 196 relativo al trattamento ed alla protezione dei dati personali, desideriamo informarla che il trattamento sarà effettuato in maniera legale, corretta ed a tutela della riservatezza dei suoi dati personali.

Responsabile del trattamento dei dati è il sig. Martuscello Angelo .

Secondo l’Art. 7 del suddetto Decreto, ha diritto, contattando i nostri uffici, di consultare i dati che la riguardano e di chiederne in qualsiasi momento la modifica, l’integrazione, o eventualmente la cancellazione con conseguente cessazione di ogni nostra comunicazione.

Terms of Sales

1] - The material offered for sale is always of lawful origin, either own or conferred by third parties.



2] - Once an offer has been sent by the Buyer, the Regulations are understood to be fully accepted.



3] - Multiple Lots are sold in the state in which they are photographed, nothing can be objected once received, and it will not be possible to return them for any reason.



4] - Participation in the Auction organized by us may be forbidden to some users who are deemed not to act in "good faith" or to be insolvent or irresponsible at our sole discretion and without further explanation.



5] - Auction fees equal to 18% Including Italian VAT will be added to the Award Price



6] - Each lot will be awarded only to the highest bidder at the time of closing, no other type of offer will be accepted.



7] - Please pay attention to the lot you are bidding on and the relative amount you intend to offer, the bids are absolutely not modifiable or eliminable, therefore each award will be honored as entered-



8] - The sale of the lots will be according to increasing numbers as per numbering, however we reserve the right to change the order without notice for organizational needs.



9] - Bids start from the Base Price upwards, downside bids are not accepted.



10] - Single or multiple lots are presented and photographed in the best possible way and with the utmost attention and good faith, despite this, there may be errors which we would be grateful to you if you would send us a report.

11] - SPH NUMISMATICA, IS IN THE MARGIN REGIME, FOR WHICH THE FINAL AMOUNT OF THE DOCUMENT ACCOMPANYING THE GOODS PURCHASED AT THE Auction will include the VAT amount which, compulsorily, in compliance with the directive, cannot be highlighted or separated. Consequently, the subjects in possession of a VAT number will not be able to deduct the VAT itself which will form an integral part of the cost and will not have to pay any withholding tax. The same regime will therefore apply to all purchasers.



12] - PAYMENT can be made upon receipt of the Proforma invoice in cash according to current regulations, by bank transfer or Postepay top-up and the shipment, if foreseen, will be made as quickly as possible, in any case within 15 days from the verification of credit of the total payment of the invoice.

13] The proposed lots, in our unquestionable judgment, may be withdrawn, divided or merged as necessary.



14] - Upon payment verified, the lots will be available to the buyer at our office and unless otherwise specified they will be shipped at the risk and expense of the buyer By courier at a cost of 10 euros for Italy and 25 euros for Europe (Euro Zone) upon specific request and for a fee, total insurance can be provided according to the table below:

The insured shipment (optional but always recommended) includes the guarantee for theft or loss and therefore at the time of collection of the package the recipient must necessarily check that it has not been tampered with and, in this case, refuse the withdrawal specifying the reason.

15] - All proposed lots are considered authentic by experts, unless otherwise specified. Any complaint in this regard must be received no later than 7 days from receipt of the lot; the postmark on the receipt will be valid. Lots must be returned in the same state in which they were sent and any sealed envelopes or packages must not be opened. No lot must be returned without the consent of Sph Numismatica. Under no circumstances can lots be returned after 30 days from the auction closing

16] - In no case is there any guarantee that the degree of conservation expressed should be shared by third parties, even if they are authoritative experts in the sector. The term “Proof”, “Specimen” or “Proof” is used to identify a minting method, not the state of conservation. The adjectives used to describe the lots are the opinion of the classifiers, they do not form part of the lot description and are not intended as a guarantee on the state of conservation.



17] This is not a direct sale, but an auction sale. Participants waive the normal right of withdrawal for distance selling. Any doubts or requests regarding one or more lots will be taken into consideration only in advance of the close of the auction, nothing will be possible after the close.



18] - After 20 days from the awards, if not paid, Sph Numismatica reserves the full right to re-sell the goods, and the buyer, by offering for a lot, agrees to pay the resulting auction fees even in the case of forgo the purchase.



19] - We reserve the right to postpone the auction date if there should be a reason relevant to us by communicating it as possible.



20] - The buyer can act and is responsible for himself, and not on behalf of third parties.



21] - In the event that SPH NUMISMATICA, for any reason, is unable to deliver the lots to the buyers, it is required to cancel the sale and reimburse the buyers the price paid including commissions. SPH NUMISMATICA cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from non-delivery of the lots.

If the country of destination applies taxes or customs duties, these are the sole responsibility of the buyer who must independently contact the customs offices of his country and comply with the customs regulations of the country of destination.

SPH NUMISMATICA reminds you that for the export of works that are more than 70 years old, Italian law requires a certificate of free circulation to be required. The waiting time for the release, WHICH MUST ALWAYS BE REQUESTED INDEPENDENTLY, of this documentation is approximately 40 days from the presentation of the work and related documents to the Superintendency of Fine Arts.

In the event of the lot being awarded by a foreign buyer, the customer is requested to immediately contact the competent department regarding the purchased work. Failure to issue or delay in issuing the license does not constitute a cause for termination or cancellation of the sale, nor does it justify late payment by the buyer.

22] - The material will be sent only and exclusively upon receipt and verified payment.



23] - The Court of Ferrara will be exclusively competent for any dispute.



24] - Anyone who participates in this Auction or submits offers accepts these conditions of sale which are translated into several languages. In the event of a dispute, the Italian version will prevail.



25] - UNSOLD LOTS will be available at the auction base plus 18% rights for a short time at the end of the auction.

26] - IT IS SELLED AND SHIPPED ONLY IN ITALY AND IN THE EUROPEAN UNION - EURO AREA - (No Switzerland, No United Kingdom) In full compliance with all the rules in force, and if the purchased lots need authorization to leave the Italian territory , it will be up to the purchaser, after having paid for everything, to undertake to obtain the necessary authorizations.

27] - The coins proposed individually, on request CAN BE EXAMINED in Double Sachet with Tag and Rivets at the Additional cost of 10 euros each, To be requested exclusively before Paying the Invoice which will be Reshaped with these additional costs, This service, of course, could extend the time of your shipment by a few days to allow the Sealing of the Coins.

28] - Information D.
