Victory advancing left, head to right, holding trophy over her shoulder with her right hand and dragging captive with her left; to left, staurogram and Є; in exergue, RM. RIC X 1916. 1.23 g. 12.00 mm. R. Rare. A nice example with green brown patina. Peripheral weakness. Good VF. Johannes, possibly of Gothic descent, becomes emperor in Rome in AD 423; not recognized by Theodosius II in the East, who supports his relative Valentinian III, is executed by East-Roman troops in May/June 425.
